Miracle Morning – Are You the Thing Holding You Back?

Miracle Morning Are You the Thing that is Holding You Back

A miracle morning routine is a great way to get perspective on what is holding you back.

When done properly, the miracle morning routine can help you figure out if you are the thing that is holding you back.

Check out the picture above from today’s miracle morning. There green lights as far as the eye can see. This means that you are able to move forward. You are able to go and can do what you want. There’s no reason to stop. After all,  inertia alone propels you forward. So why would you stop here?

Go to the *** below for a description of the Miracle Morning Routine.

Often the things that hold us back from ultimate success are not the things in the world around us. Instead, it is the things in the world inside us that stop our movement. If you spend all your time looking for things that can stop you, you never have time to look at all the things that push you forward to success.

Miracle Morning Are You the Thing that is Holding You Back

In your life, particularly your life as an entrepreneur, stop looking for the red lights. Don’t look for reasons why you can’t succeed. Instead, look for all the reasons in front of you why you can succeed. When there are opportunities in front of you that allow you to move forward with your business plans take them. When life hands you a nice cup of hot coffee, don’t look for the lemons. Instead, sip the coffee and enjoy life.

The visualization part of your miracle morning is powerful.

Part of the miracle morning routine requires you to visualize. When you visualize your life and your business, visualize good things. In your mind, imagine what things will be like if all your dreams come true. If thoughts of failure come to mind, immediately push them aside. Do not let the negative thoughts have space in your brain. Instead, visualize success. Always remember that you control your thoughts, so do not give negative thoughts a home.

Contrary to the popular saying, good girls don’t always finish last. Good girls can stand to do when. Don’t stop yourself from being one of the winning good girls. Let today be the day that you stop holding yourself back. Use your miracle morning routine to get rid of thoughts that hold you back from the success you have earned.  Use the power of visualization to win.

*** What the Miracle Morning means in my world.***

Recently, I decided to start a Miracle Morning routine. For those of you unfamiliar with the concept, it involves getting up a little earlier in the day. The day starts with you doing SAVERS. To translate that into English, it means:

Silence

Affirmation

Visualization

Exercise

Read

Scribe

In my world, I start with spirituality – I read my Bible and pray. Next, I read or write affirmations. I do a lot of work dealing with creating confidence so I read my creating confidence affirmations or spend time creating 1 or 2 more. For visualization, I spend time picturing what will make the day successful. Exercise involves me taking a 20-minute walk around the neighborhood. After my walk, I read. I created a reading list for the mornings. This is a list of books, I want to read for pleasure, for enrichment, or because I need to read them. Finally, it is time to scribe or write. I have decided to turn the things I think about on my walks into blog articles for my scribe activity.

Stay tuned for our next installment in the Miracle Morning series.
