This miracle morning I encourage you to establish and appreciate your routine so that you can be great.
Go to the *** below for a description of the Miracle Morning Routine.
Each miracle morning for me starts the same. I get out of bed and go to my desk. I read my scriptures. Next, come my affirmation and visualization practice. I pull on something to go for my morning walk. I snap a photo and while walking I begin to dictate the miracle morning article. That is the scribe portion of my miracle morning. Next, it is time for red lipstick and the miracle morning video production. Each miracle morning, Monday through Friday is the same. There is an established routine.
Your normal routine is not boring, it can actually keep things spicy.
Often people complain that they have to do the same thing over and over again. They become upset or saddened because they can’t seem to escape the routine. For me though, it is all about attitude. Routine can keep things spicy by giving you a way to get things done when you just don’t feel like it.
Think about it. Have you ever woken up in the morning and simply had no desire or motivation. Are there ever days you don’t want to get out of bed and do all you need to do? If this has ever happened to you, routine would save you! In these circumstances, routine is the superhero.
It is routine that will get you out of bed and doing what needs to be done. Routine is what tells you to put one foot in front of the other and tells you what to do. By following your established routine, you can continue to meet or exceed expectations when the motivation to do so is gone. In my law practice especially, there were certain things that I did the same way all the time. This guaranteed that even if I didn’t remember a case, I knew how I handled things. I had the comfort of knowing that I did the same thing, the same way all the time.

*** What the Miracle Morning means in my world.***
Recently, I decided to start a Miracle Morning routine. For those of you unfamiliar with the concept, it involves getting up a little earlier in the day. The day starts with you doing SAVERS. To translate that into English, it means:
Silence
Affirmation
Visualization
Exercise
Read
Scribe

In my world, I start with spirituality – I read my Bible and pray. Next, I read or write affirmations. I do a lot of work dealing with creating confidence so I read my creating confidence affirmations or spend time creating 1 or 2 more. For visualization, I spend time picturing what will make the day successful.
The exercise involves me taking a 20-minute walk around the neighborhood. After my walk, I read. I created a reading list for the mornings. This is a list of books, I want to read for pleasure, for enrichment, or because I need to read them. Finally, it is time to scribe or write. I have decided to turn the things I think about on my walks into blog articles for my scribe activity.
