What My Favorite Blogging Group Taught Me About Team Work

No matter what type of work you do, gather a team to help you do it better. Teammates encourage you when you are having a hard time. Teammates console you when things have gone horribly wrong. Teammates celebrate with you when are victorious. Team work makes the dream work! Your team does not have to be people who you see and touch on a regular basis. For example, the Pushing Lovely team is spread out across the United States and Canada. For the most part we see each other only when we travel. Our first group retreat is planned for February 2016. Get a group of people who you feel will benefit from encouragement and team support. Be a good teammate. This means when one of the team needs your help, step up help and give it your all. When it comes to teamwork, what the more you give, the better results you will get from your team.

Here is my team, check them out then go get a team of your own.

I am sharing their names and blogs here. Go check them out, read their blogs, get to know them. When you do, you will be pleased you did!

[Tweet “You don’t have to go solo to be a star, find a tribe like Pushing Lovely and the sky is the start, not the limit.”]

In conclusion, it is magnificent to take action now and Pushing Lovely, my favorite blogging group is full of bloggers that encourage, inspire and motivate me. So, the question for you this magnificent day is, who makes up the team that pushes you to do better?

  1. I am with you, I miss the water cooler conversations also. I quit my job a little over 10 years ago to stay home with my son, almost 5 kids later I am home with them. I miss the adult conversation during the day at times.

  2. I love that Pushing Lovelies is like a team. You can support each other and the simple “water cooler” interactions sound pleasant too.

  3. Teamwork is a big part of success. I love the support and community I’ve found within the blogging community.

  4. It is great to have a networking team that genuinely looks out for the best interest of all members that are in the group. This makes blogging so much easier.

  5. That sounds like a great group! I love it when women come together to support each other.

  6. All the warm fuzzies! This was a great write up on the Pushing Lovely crew. It is awesome (and essential) to have a team that supports, motivates and encourages you on a daily basis. I know that my Lovelies will be there to offer all of that and more. We’re a team, a family and an amazing group of women. So glad to be a part of it.
