There are a myriad of reasons why your plans should be carried with you including the following the fact that carrying the plan will give you the ability to:
- Work on plan no matter where you are
- Amend the plan as needed
- Review the plan on a regular basis
- Share the plan with others
- Collaborate with team members
If you have a plan you are working on or want to complete, take the time to make it electronic and add it to your tablet or smartphone. Keep your plan with you to keep it flexible, available and usable. I do have a compromise for those of you who cannot give up your paper planners and bullet journals Take photos of your planner pages and store the photos on your phone and in the cloud. This way, the plans are always available if you want to add to them, share them with someone else, or work with them when your paper planning device is not available. In addition, those photos will be invaluable if something were to happen to your paper planning device and you need to recreate it.
